This Privacy Policy explains how FETOSOFT DOOEL ("fetosoft", "we", "us", or "our") handles personal data collected through the https://fetosoft.com website (the "Site"). We are the data controller for that data. We process it in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the Law on Personal Data Protection of North Macedonia ("LPDP").

What we collect
We only collect what we need to answer you and run the Site.
- Information you give us in a form. When you book a discovery call, request a quote, ask for a guide or calculator, or otherwise contact us, we collect the details you submit: your name, email address, phone number, company, and the content of your message or request. These fields are stored encrypted.
- Usage data. Standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is recorded in server logs to keep the Site secure and working.
- Cookies. Essential cookies needed to run the Site, plus optional analytics and third-party content cookies that load only if you allow them. See Cookies below.
We do not ask for special category data (such as health or biometric data) and ask that you do not send it to us. The Site is a business-critical channel for reaching us, so please keep submissions to what is needed to handle your request.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
Under GDPR Article 6 and the equivalent LPDP provisions, we rely on a specific legal basis for each purpose:

How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymise it.

Who we share it with (recipients and sub-processors)
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the Site and our business, and only so they can perform that role for us. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.

International transfers
We process your data primarily in North Macedonia. Some of the providers listed above may process data outside North Macedonia and the European Economic Area. Where personal data of individuals in the EU, the EEA, or Switzerland is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on an appropriate safeguard under GDPR Chapter V, the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies in three groups, matching the choices in our cookie banner:
- Essential. Always on. Needed to run the Site, keep you signed in, protect forms, and remember your preferences. These cannot be turned off.
- Analytics. Off by default. Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept analytics cookies, and with IP anonymisation, so we can understand how the Site is used.
- Marketing. Off by default. Embedded third-party review widgets (Clutch and GoodFirms) load only after you accept marketing cookies.
You choose what to allow when you first visit, and you can change your mind at any time here: . You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, though the Site may not work fully without the essential ones.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the LPDP you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected (rectification);
- have your data deleted (erasure);
- restrict how we process your data;
- receive your data in a portable format (portability);
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests; and
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out before you withdrew it.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you can lodge a complaint with the Agency for Personal Data Protection of North Macedonia (DZLP), dzlp.mk. If you are in the EU, the EEA, or Switzerland, you may also complain to the data protection supervisory authority where you live or work.
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, where the change is significant, give a more prominent notice. Please review this page periodically.
